We understand shopping online can make it tricky to get the right size and fit when you cannot physically see and feel the item.

We are more than happy to answer any questions about sizing before you place your order. You can either contact us via email, our contact page, Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM.

 

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND/THE SIZE ISN'T RIGHT, WHAT NEXT?

We do not offer refunds for change of minds or incorrect size so please choose carefully.

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for the original purchase price, excluding shipping, provided the item/items are returned to us exactly as you received them, in resalable condition. Unworn, unused, tags attached and any other packaging intact that may have come with it. Must be returned within 10 business days of your parcel being received.

The cost of shipping the returned item/items is the responsibility of the customer, as is the cost of sending the exchange. We recommend you use a traceable shipping option when returning your item as we take no responsibility if your parcel goes missing on its return to us.

Please email us at hello@2littlerascals.nz to let us know of your change of mind/sizing issue, and we will let you know a return address in our reply to you.

 

HELP! MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/FAULTY

We take pride in sourcing and selling what we believe to be top quality goods and are confident when they leave us they are in perfect condition.

However in the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or faulty product we sincerely apologise, we are only human after all. Please contact us straight away via email hello@2littlerascals.nz to arrange a return/exchange. Please include your name, order number, address and details of the fault including a photo too if possible. 

All damaged/faulty items must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase and in the same condition as which you received it, tags labels and packaging must be returned with the item too.

We will do our best to exchange the item if we have another in stock otherwise we will provide you with a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

As above we recommend you return your item via a traceable shipping option as we cannot issue your refund if your item goes missing on its return to us. We will also reimburse your return shipping cost provided you include the shipping receipt with your return.
