Likewise if an item is out of stock and it's something your interested in, get in touch and we will do our best to source more.
From time to time we will offer a preorder on stock due to come in.
How it works....
Place and pay for your order and we will send to you as soon as the stock arrives to us. Any items you order that are "in stock" will be put aside and sent together with your preorder items as soon as they arrive.
If you would like your "in stock" items sooner we recommend that you do your order seperate from your preorder.
We will indicate when the stock is due to arrive in on the item listed, please note that sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances stock may be delayed, if this is the case we will notify you as soon as possible.
Likewise if for some reason we are unable to fill your preorder we will contact you asap & give you a full refund.
We accept layby on all purchases over $80 incl Preorder and Sale items.
To use layby, a non refundable deposit of 20% is required within 24 hours and the remainder of the balance to be paid as per schedule set out below
Spend $80-$150 (1 month from DOP*)
Spend $150-$250 (2 months from DOP*)
Spend $250+ (3 months from DOP*)
Your items will be sent once final balance is settled, and of course your more than welcome to complete your payments earlier to receive your items sooner

We will then send you an invoice via Paypal which can be paid by either debit/credit card or your Paypal account, over the course of your payment terms.

EXCHANGE / RETURNS
We understand that shopping online can make it tricky to get the right size and fit when you cannot see and feel the item.
At 2 Little Rascals we have a 14 day right of return, you must make contact to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the purchase date to organise your return. Returns can be exchanged or a store credit given (excluding shipping cost) which must be used within 3 months of your original purchase.
We recommend you use a traceable shipping option when returning your item as we take no responsibility if your item goes missing.
Items must be returned to us in perfect unused unwashed re saleable condition, all original tags and packaging in tact along with your proof of purchase, failure to do so will result in your return/exchange being void.
DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS
We take pride in sourcing and selling what we believe to be top quality goods and are confident that when they leave us they are in perfect condition.
However in the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or faulty product please email us email@example.com to arrange the return.
We will do our best to exchange the item if we have the same product in stock otherwise we will give you a store credit to be used within 3 months of the purchase date.
All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and will be charged in NZD.
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal as it is a trusted and safe site. Please note you do not need your own PayPal account to use this service, your credit card details are all you need.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently only post in New Zealand & to Australia. We aim to dispatch orders on the following business day of your order being placed, Monday-Thursday only. For orders placed Friday-Sunday yours will be sent the following Monday.
