HAS MY ORDER BEEN ACCEPTED?

A confirmation email will be sent to your chosen email address once your order has been successfully placed. Please check your junk/spam folder as often our emails end up there!

If you have still not received an email, then it is possible we haven't received your order, please email us or contact us via our contact form and we will check for you.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT OR COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?

No sorry we are online only.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT IS SENT?

If we haven't sent your order yet, then yes we are happy to make changes. Please email us at hello@2littlerascals.nz with your order # and details of the changes you'd like to make. We will reply to you and let you know if the changes have been or are possible. 

Unfortunately if your parcel has already been sent we are unable to make any changes.

 

DO YOU GIFT WRAP? CAN YOU SEND TO SOMEONE ON MY BEHALF?

YES! All our parcels are lovingly gift wrapped in our custom 2LR packaging and wrapping, so its like receiving your own special present from us every time, because who doesn't love opening presents, right!?

We are more than happy to send to anyone on your behalf, just leave us a note in the comments section at checkout with their address and any other instructions, if you'd like to include a note we will happily write this on your behalf too. Be sure to select the correct shipping option for where you are wanting the parcel sent.

 

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS?

Yes, we sure do! We think ours are rather pretty, and would make a thoughtful gift!

  • Please note the gift card will incur our standard shipping fee for your area unless it is of a value $80 or more then it will be sent for free (NZ only)
  • We are also happy to send it to the recipient on your behalf, just leave us a note in the comments section at checkout.
  • Gift vouchers are always excluded from all Sales/Discounts, any purchased doing so will be cancelled and your payment refunded.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMO OR DISCOUNT CODE?

It's super easy, just enter the code into the box at checkout displaying "DISCOUNT" & press "APPLY". The code must be entered exactly as its presented to you to work correctly.

  • These codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promo code or discount. Codes can only be used one at a time per transaction, i.e. if you have a free shipping code and a 10% off code, only one can be used for that transaction.

 

A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

Chances are if its still showing on our website, we will be able to source more. Please email us or contact us via our contact page if you are interested in a certain product and we can give you an idea if and when it will be restocked.
